To maintain the cost of treatment and operations as reasonable as possible, we expect payment in full at the time of consultation or when the patient goes home after the operation.
If you envisage any problem in paying your bill please do tell us before any treatment is undertaken. We can provide an estimate for the cost of treatment. We accept cash, cheques (with cheque guarantee card), debit or credit cards.
Many pets are now insured. We ask for payment in full from the client at the time of treatment. We will then fill in the relevant section on your insurance claim form regarding the illness, treatment and cost. The insurance company will then settle the claim directly to yourself.
